Ontario Teachers Federation A federation of teachers unions in Ontario including the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation, the Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Associations, the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario and the Association des enseignment et des enseignants franco-ontariens. Ontario Universities' Application Centre Centralized bureau which processes applications for admission to Ontario's universities. OUAC serves all of Ontario's 18 universities (including the Ontario College of Art and Design).
